Regina Hall was born on 12th December in 1970. Regina is an American actress. She is known for her role Brenda Meeks in four of the five Scary Movie films. She has also acted as Candy in The Best Man and its sequel The Best Man Holiday. Recently she has been starred as a lead role in the movie About Last Night
